Having been recommended Chadwick Estate agents, it was the best decision. As soon as I met Rebecca I knew she would have my best interests at heart and help me throughout the whole process. I got above asking price for my house and Rebecca kept me updated and was so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to have the one person to deal with and made it much easier, rather than some of the other bigger estate agents. I Would definitely recommend Chadwick and much cheaper too!

I moved in to my rented property 4 years ago, greatly assisted by Emma who made the transition seamless as l was going through my own major life transition. A long time since we sold a house so was surprised at the amount of paperwork required to do so. Rebecca and staff were very professional and helped us greatly. From the start to the end always helpful. Kept us fully informed on offers and gave sound advice on various subjects including removals etc. I would use them again if needed and would strongly recommend them.
